Crazy food is a great way to add variety into your diet. It can be as simple as going on vacation without packing an air of "sugar" in your bag. Or it can be more elaborate by adding healthy spices or ingredients. The most common examples are pasta sauces and salad dressings. But there are plenty of other foods where you can easily find healthy alternatives that taste just like the original.
The best example of crazy foods is pizza. There are so many different types of pizzas you can choose. You could choose between regular slices or big ones stuffed with cheese or toppings. Even though they're not all amazing, there are many times when you can't go wrong with them. And the good news is that when you find these kinds of healthy recipes, they're usually pretty easy. Here are some of my favorites

Mashed cauliflower is one of the easiest ways to make a veggie dip. This recipe has been adapted from another post detailing how to mashed cauliflower in a casserole. Make sure not to overcook the mash without boiling it first since this should be done later in the cooking process. If you want to skip the sauce and stick to plain mashed cauliflower instead, simply slice up about half a cup of fresh cauliflower and use two tablespoons of olive oil before blending the mixture into your desired ratio. Then place your choice of veggies such as bell peppers, shredded carrots, baby spinach and onions. Add salt to taste. And voila! A delicious vegetable dip.
Another popular favorite is mac and cheese. I personally love making mac and cheese at least once every week because it's simple to prepare. Most people who do not have kids are able to cook their own versions at home. That said, if you're looking for something quick and simple that you can whip together on a whim, then look no further than Mac and Cheese Pizza. My entire meal consists of three large slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, green peppers, red onions, mozzarella cheese, and whatever else tickles your fancy. Just throw everything together and enjoy!

Another pizza recipe that I find quite tasty is chicken wings. Chicken wings might just be the perfect meal to serve any day. Another thing you can also use is marinades. For instance, you can make lemon basil pesto in addition to your standard dressing. Or you can even season chicken with herbs like basil to create different flavors. All these options work out well in the kitchen and are perfectly satisfying.
If you've never heard of roasted vegetables, think again. There aren’t too many dishes in our modern world that are very well cooked. However, there are several fantastic recipes out there that will get your mouth watering as soon as you start reading. One particular article states that roast carrots are a classic flavor combo. It’s a delight, especially when you cut the carrots in circles and toss them around on the counter top. In case you haven’t tried it yet, here you go!
In case the idea of making fries sounds intimidating, it doesn’t have to be. Fries are made to save time and get those messy piles of potatoes off your plate. They are also ideal for serving tacos. So, what kind of fries do you like? Well, there's no harm in experimenting! Start with chicken strips or shrimp sticks. Now you don't need to worry about extra ingredients. Just make them crispy!
I’ve already mentioned cauliflower crust, but what about other kinds of dough? Why can't we use tortillas? Definitely, they’re easy to make and can be used whatever you want (yes, lots of things!). The important thing here is to use the same flour that you would use for regular bread. Of course, you can cut them in order to form smaller slices and fry them directly. Also, you could add water whenever necessary to make them lighter and flatter. Either way, they will be just as nice as the old fashioned dough (although it still tastes better).

Finally, you need to try baking cookies! As someone who enjoys baking cookies, there are tons and tons of recipes out there. To learn the basics, I recommend checking out Betty Cr ocker Cookies. They're a very basic cookie recipe that allows you to try and experiment with all sorts of variations. Don’t judge yourself for trying. If they don’t work out, you know why you didn't try it in the past. Try again! Because there’s always a chance to learn something new.
Some foods taste better when they're served as a side dish. Therefore, consider putting them in a pot for additional flavor when you're at a party. Yes, it might seem intimidating at first, but trust me, it pays off in the end. My mom did this for years and she was absolutely awesome. Check out her video tutorial to get started. She also explains how to make rice with vegetables. It's easy!
